Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Processing times are separate from shipping timelines.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
Note: For orders shipping to the United States, applicable duties and tariffs are currently covered by Ishya, so no additional charges are due upon delivery.
For other international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by local authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total unless explicitly stated.
Estimated Duties By Region

Refused Shipments
Important: If you refuse to pay customs fees or fail to collect your package from the post office, resulting in the package being abandoned or returned, no refund will be issued.

Tracking Your Order

Ishya is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
