Returns and Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your Ishya pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted to support@ishyastudio.com within 14 days of delivery.
To ensure the quality and integrity of our pieces, returned items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- returned in their original packaging
For hygiene and quality reasons, we’re unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear or handling.
Returns & Store Credit
If a piece isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns made within our return window.
- Store credit is issued for the value of the item, excluding original shipping costs
- Credit is provided as a digital gift card and can be used toward a future purchase
- As a small, independent brand, we ask that return shipping costs be covered by the customer. This allows us to continue producing thoughtfully made, limited-edition pieces while keeping our pricing considered and accessible
Once your return is received and carefully reviewed, your store credit will be issued via email.
Important: For international orders, if you refuse to pay customs fees or fail to collect your package from the post office, resulting in the package being abandoned or returned, no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our collections, direct exchanges are not offered.
If you’d like to explore a different piece, we recommend using your store credit toward a new order that feels right for you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll work with you to resolve this promptly. Depending on availability and your preference, you may choose one of the following:
- Replacement
A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, including shipping - Refund
If a replacement isn’t available or you prefer a refund, we’ll issue a refund for the product value to your original payment method
Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is affected.
Items Not Eligible for Return
While we do our best to accommodate returns where possible, we’re unable to accept returns for:
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or handling.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Items damaged due to improper care or normal wear after delivery.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, we encourage you to reach out before sending it back. We’re always happy to advise.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@ishyastudio.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos or a short video of the item(s)
This helps us assess the condition of the piece fairly and guide you through the next steps more efficiently.
Once approved, we’ll share return instructions with you by email.
Additional Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where noted above.
- Store credit does not expire.
- Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
